Affordable and convenient office space is available for FBE members. Monthly rental rate is based on square footage. Various sizes are available.
FBE also offers plan copying services, faxing, phone answering, mailing and notary services.

Need someone to answer your phones? Cover your lunch while your office is closed? The Fresno Builders' Exchange is the answer.
Mail Service
Have your mail delivered to a secure address, have your mail and packages delivered to the Exchange.

Notary Service
If you need to file a Mechanic's Lien or if the non-collusion affidavit of your bid form needs to be notarized, call the Exchange for an appointment. The Exchange offers Notary Service FREE to all members.
