Offering unlimited access to job information, plans, specifications, addenda and contractor information, our Online Plan Room allows you to access more jobs and overcome geographical boundaries to expand your business.
Using the latest technology to leverage the largest online network in California, the Fresno Builders Exchange offers Online Plan Room access for a $200 activation fee for both Regular and Associate Members. Associate Members will have a fee of $300 to allow access to the Online Plan Room, as well as the $200 activation fee.
Members have the capability to subscribe to over 20 other participating Online Plan Rooms in California and Nevada. Subscription cost is $300 per Exchange per year (*). Available Exchanges are:

Online Plan Room Benefits
- Unlimited access to all plans, specifications and addenda FBE receives all available 24/7 at no extra cost to you.
- Secure, virus-free downloads on all projects scanned by FBE.
- Viewing project activity allows you to track which FBE members have viewed a plan, both online and in the plan room.
- Unlimited username/ password assignments per company for FBE’s Online Plan Room. If you elect to subscribe to additional Online Plan Rooms, each plan room allows five usernames/passwords per company.
- Ability to search projects by a variety of criteria including bid date/time, project type, keyword or CSI code within the project details.
- Place copy orders while viewing projects.
- E-mail FBE to be listed as a prime contractor on any project.
- E-mail project information to suppliers, subcontractors, co-workers and employees to save your business time.
- One-on-one training and Web Demo (Web Ex) available at no additional cost.
- Free downloads for viewing software including basic takeoff tools which measures area, lines and counts items. Additional upgrades may be purchased from On Center Software.
- Ability to print plan sheets and specifications from your office.
- My Desk feature allows members to save project information for easy reference, future project viewing, and the ability to receive a daily e-mail notification of any new projects and addendum.
- Private Online Planroom which allows General Contractors to invite subcontractors to view their projects in a private, secure, password-protected area. FBE will enter the project information and turn your bidding documents into a true-scale electronic format. There is an additional charge for this service. FBE Member Fee(s) are as follows: Plans - $1.00 per sheet; Specs $25, Addenda / Memos 20 cents per page. Documents on CD or electronic format $50 if in our requested format. If not in our format, the above noted fee(s) will apply. Non-members will be charged 25% higher fee.
- Daily Email Notifications notifying you of new jobs received and any project addenda or updates received the day prior.
