Submit A Project

FBE will gladly advertise your project for you at no cost. Fresno Builders Exchange publishes the Weekly Newsletter every Wednesday and also has an Online Plan Room. Your projects will not only be listed in both sources, but will also be scanned for you at no additional fee. If you would like to take advantage of this great opportunity for your projects to reach more subcontractors just provide the following to FBE.

• A complete set of bid documents (plans, specifications and addenda.)
• If you are a General Contractor submitting plans please provide your Invitation to Bid (including project title, bid date/time, location, and trades requested).
• Any electronic plans need to be given in the following format: specs in PDF and drawing sheets in TIF.

**Our Online Plan Room utilizes estimating software that can not be used if the drawing sheets are not in a TIF format. **

We do the rest for you. There is a very quick turnaround to when plans are received to and when they are available online. Addenda are posted the same day as received. Any project information received by Tuesday at 5 PM will be listed in that week’s newsletter.  FBE can also provide to you a list of companies that have viewed your project both in our Plan Room and online.
